Made of AISI 304 stainless steel - With planetary spinning system - Vertical sliding door with fireproof glass – Internal lighting – The chicken rotisserie can be used either with wood or with coal, which are placed in the combustion chamber, at the rear, through a side door – The interior refractory wall and the fireproof glass door ensure heat retention – With an ash drawer in the combustion chamber and a grease tray with grease evacuation tap for easier cleaning - It includes 6 roasting spit rods 85cm, 18 double spit forks and 12 single spit forks for chickens, grease tray, firebricks and a poker.
