Thanks to the grids it is equipped it can also operate as grill - Large amounts of of meat, without continuous surveillance - They do not produce smoke because the heaters are above the meat, this way the melting grease does not drip on the heaters so it doesn’t burn - The frame is made of stainless steel and is manufactured according to international specifications ensuring all standards of safety and hygiene - Grease is collected in a grease-tray drawer in which we recommend you place some water for easy cleaning and avoidance of smoke - The spits rotate with two revolutions per minute speed - They are lit by a press-button electric light and are equipped with a system of constant supervision of the flame using a temperature cut-out which, in combination with the safety valve to which it is connected, interrupts the flow of gas as soon as the slightest problem is detected in their operation.
